On 21 July 2022, the Australian Anti-dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2022/070 stating that Due to the written request of the Chinese applicant, Dashiqiao Hengyuan Aluminum Products Co.,Ltd. on July 11, 2022, to withdraw the application for review, Therefore, the anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on the import of Aluminium Extrusions was terminated. The Australian Customs codes of the products involved are 7604.10.00.06, 7604.21.00.07, 7604.21.00.08, 7604.29.00.09, 7604.29.00.10, 7608.10.00.09, 7608.20.00.10 and 7610.10. 00.12 and 7610.90.00.13.
On June 24, 2009, Australia initiated anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations into imports of aluminum extrusions from China. On October 28, 2010, Australia made a positive final ruling on the case, ruling that the dumping margin of the products involved was 2.7% ~ 25.7%, and the subsidy range was 3.8% ~ 18.4%. Australia launched two anti-dumping and countervailing duty sunset review investigations against Chinese aluminum profiles on April 24, 2015 and February 13, 2020, respectively, and made a positive sunset review final ruling on October 20, 2015 and October 16, 2020. On 22 June 2022, the Australian Anti-dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2022/055, stating that in response to an application filed by a Chinese company, Dashiqiao Hengyuan Aluminum Co., Ltd. on 1 June 2022, the Australian Anti-dumping Commission initiated an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy new export review investigation on imports of aluminum extrusions from China.
