Colombia will import a total of 15,500 tonnes of aluminium wire in 2017-2019 and is expected to import 4,127 tonnes in 2020.
From 2017 to 2020, Colombia is expected to import 19,627 tons of aluminum wire.
In 2017, Colombia imported 9,340 tons of aluminum lines. In 2018, imports fell 68.07 percent year-on-year to 2,982 tons.
In 2019, the import volume of aluminum line increased by 6.57% year on year to 3,178 tons, and it is expected that the import volume will increase by 29.86% year on year to 4,127 tons in 2020.
Colombia mainly imports aluminum wire from Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Oman, Netherlands, Spain, Venezuela and other countries.
